Happy

Staying up late thinking about the new show...and because I had chocolate strawberries for a snack...and for a snack I mean dinner...so there is sugar in play...which brings me back to the new show...which is live like a play...

This is who I am

This is who I am

Before...

I make a change...I'm starting with hair color, because I want to--look like this girl

That is who I am on the inside, In fact if you import this photo into iPhoto, click Edit, Effects, Blur edge up to 3x's as much, you would think we were fraternal twins

Change my haircolor, change my mind

That is already two changes...pretty good

Good things come in unexpected packages

People are taking chances; changing careers, changing attitudes, sheets, colors, pace...all the while hoping that change will change everything. I have been both a champion of change and an enemy.  Of course it's great when it's all laid out in black and white, but it's the gray area of change I would love to change. I have been reading many magazines (one of my favorite past times), learning and putting together golden nuggets of how to handle change, cope with change, triumph over change and uses for spare change. All of this to weather the storm of uncertainty.

I know what crossroads looks like, I am at one now. I have believed in myself and my goals for a very long time- that has always been a constant. Now, what do I do with it? It has gotten me here to this place of life purgatory. I am supposed to and should, enjoy and trust the journey.  Instead I am trusting magazines, web articles, and anything...but my journey.

Since my journey has been long, I stopped off to get some sustenance by way of picking up the phone and placing a take out order.  When it arrived, everything smelled great and I couldn't wait to tear into the container...the place I ordered from was a Mexican restaurant - the container itself, not so Mexican. In a delightful twist, it arrived in a Chinese Food box, no irony, no quirky tongue in cheek we are a NY Restaurant and we are cheeky kind of way. Just a simple container...I took a picture of it, wrote this, and it was fun.

I play characters, do crafts, d-i-y house projects, write comedy, and live a quirky life. I am a human equivalent of a Chinese take out box filled with Mexican Cuisine and I'm going to see where this whole thing goes. I have plenty of room for passengers...all aboard, exact change not required.....
