The Hunger Games- Getting your child to try new foods.

“I don’t like swiss cheese because it has holes in it,” says little Juanita.

“Why don’t you just eat the holes instead of the cheese,” says parent who is doing a good
job.

“You make an excellent point!” retorts little girl as she has been breast-fed and has
excellent sentence structure.

You have all been there. You want your child to have good nutrition, but you also want
them to eat. Chicken nuggets dipped in yogurt is all they want and you flash forward to
that being the fare at their children’s Briss/Christening/QuinceaƱera.

“It’s all I eat. Everything else is yucky!” say the hostess you birthed while you pretend
the gin you are drinking is Voss water.

Everyday parents are faced with a challenge. How do I get my child to try something new
so they will not fail in society? How will Harry get the Prudential account if he will only
eat at McDonalds and the president of Prudential is nuevo vegan or retro pescatarian?
Simple. Good Parenting.
